Training and Compliance Coordinator

The objective of a Training and Compliance Coordinator is to facilitate the coordination and management of Civilex staff training, project on-boarding and systems compliance to maintain its construction-based requirement obligations.

Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain and update the training matrix / register for all construction department personnel
  • Collect copies of records of training completed, licences and/or qualifications of staff ensuring the most current records available to Civilex 
  • Daily review of CMS to identify any actions/updates required to ensure Civilex project staff remain compliant at all times
  • Action all requirements needed to ensure employees registered and compliant within CMS’s without delay 
  • Communicate with HSEQ and or Project management Teams to ensure any project specific compliance requirements are identified and achievable
  • Assist HSEQ team in developing Monthly Performance Report
  • Seek and collate data required to populate relevant databases which provide information to generate the HSEQ Monthly Report

To successful in this role you will have the following Qualifications/Skills:

  • Relevant construction experience essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Construction Industry Induction Card (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of compliance management software  (i.e. Hammertech / Onsite Track Easy) or similar (preferred, not essential)
  • Understanding of OHS Act 2004 and OHS Regs 2017
  • Exposure to AS4801, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Internal Auditor Qualification / Training (preferred, not essential)
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
